Cori Broadus, the daughter of iconic rapper Snoop Dogg, is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her first child with her fiancé, Wayne Deuce. As she prepares for this exciting new chapter in her life, Broadus shared her pregnancy journey with Us Weekly at the Choc Factory Cosmetics Launch Event in Beverly Hills on February 15.
“I’m at a stage where even simple tasks leave me out of breath. Just walking to the bathroom makes me feel winded,” Cori confessed. “But other than that, everything is going well. My baby is very active. I haven’t felt any strong kicks yet, just little flutters. She’s doing great, and I’m thrilled to meet her.”
The musician and entrepreneur, who announced her pregnancy in December 2024, expressed her gratitude for the strong support system surrounding her. She also revealed that she’s excited to launch her own cosmetics line. “Pregnancy has its ups and downs, but I’m lucky to have an amazing support network to help me through it,” she said, citing Wayne Deuce as a key part of her journey.
“I believe Wayne will be a fantastic father. We spent nearly a year raising three kids who weren’t our own, and seeing how he stepped up during that time showed me what a great dad he will be. I’m thankful God chose him to be my partner in this,” Broadus shared.
Cori also praised her parents, Snoop Dogg and Shante Broadus, for their unwavering support. The couple has been married for 27 years and continues to be a source of strength for Cori. “They’re incredible. I couldn’t ask for better parents,” she said. “What I appreciate most is their ability to give us space. They support us from a distance, offering advice when needed but allowing us to be our true selves.”
Shante Broadus, who also attended the event, echoed her daughter’s sentiments. “I always remind them to hold each other up. Family is everything. You may face challenges, but staying together is what matters,” she said.
As Cori prepares to launch Choc Factory Cosmetics, her brand aims to celebrate self-love, authenticity, and individuality. Described on Instagram as an empowering self-care brand, it promises to prioritize clean, ethical practices while offering products that highlight natural beauty for all skin tones.
