Just days after coming out as transgender on Valentine’s Day, Draven Bennington, the 22-year-old child of late Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington, returned to Instagram to thank her supporters and deliver a powerful message to “the bigots.”
In her latest post, Draven expressed heartfelt gratitude to those who have shown her love and support since her announcement, sharing, “Thank you dearly for showing me so much love and support! I’ve shed so many happy tears reading all of your kind words, you light up my heart and soul!”
She continued, “You all are proving that love will always outshine hate!” and added a defiant message for those who harbor hate, saying, “It’s clear that you are filled with ignorance and hatred and I hope one day you find your way out. You can try all you want to tear us down but we will just stand up taller and more proud!”
